Glenedin Coaches is the family run business of Kathleen MacAskill which has been running for over 20 years. Born and brought up on the Island, Kathleen is a fluent Gaelic speaker who has an in-depth knowledge of the Island and will entertain and enlighten you with some of the old stories and legends on this mystical Island.

Our recommended North end tour returns to Portree at 2pm when you can take a boat trip on the "MV Stardust" to see Britain's largest and rarest bird of prey, the Sea Eagle.

| 10am | Depart from outside the Portree Tourist Information Office |
| 2 | Stop at Uig, the main ferry terminal to the outer Hebrides then onwards to the enchanting Faerie Glen which can be seen in the film Stardust. |
| 3 | Kilmuir, home of the Museum of Island Life and the site of Flora MacDonald's grave. |
| 4 | Duntulm Castle, ruin of the former stronghold of the MacDonalds. |
| 5 | The Quiraing. |
| 6 | Kilt Rock & Waterfall, great spot for bird watchers and the magnificent Kilt Rock. |
| Lealt Falls photo stop. | |
| 7 | The Old Man of Storr, a magnificent pinnacle of rock 48m high standing below 182m cliffs. |
| 2pm | Return to Protree. |
Tours last a minimum of 4 hours and cost £20 per person but we require a minimum of 4 passengers for the tour to run.
We cater for disabled and wheel chair passengers but please telephone in advance.

Why not join us for the tour then walk up to the Old Man of Storr and return to Portree by service bus later - ask the driver for details.
